DIY :Make valentine gift- Beautiful Red Roses

Hello people,

It's never too late to wish a very happy new year to all of you.
Wishing you a very healthy,wealthy and prosperous new year and wish I do a lot of crafting this year and share much more with you.
 
Following new year let's prepare something special for your valentine.
Yess, I am talking about Valentine day special red roses.

Here I am sharing a method to make beautiful roses from stoking.

For that you will need,

• Stoking (color of your choice)
• Thin wires(silver, golden or color matching with stoking)
• Thick wire(to make stem of flower)
• Thread(to tie petals with wire)
• Green tape
• Scissor
• Wire cutter
• Some round tools to fold wires

You can see above things in the picture below.

 I have got long pipes cut into small pieces to make different round shape wires. You can use any round shape tools you have at your home i.e. round cap of a small bottles etc.

 

Step 1: Roll wire around the round tool you are using to make petals. Cut wire into atlease 4-5 small, 7-8 medium sized  and 8-10 large sized rounds. Make sure you have twist ends of wire prperly so that it remain in round shape. Make 6 leaves per one flower.

Step 2: Now hold one end of stoking with the twisted part of wire and stretch stoking with the other hand and cover both sides of wire and form a petal. Repeat this for each petal and leaf.

 Step3: Arrange all the petals and leaves in one stem as shown in picture below. Make sure smallest petals comes inside the flower and largest are outside.

 Step 4: Hide all the joints and stem wire with green tape and give all the petals a proper shape of a rose petals.

And here is the bunch of red roses.

This is how I arrange all of them in vase.

Bread craft on cane tray

Breadcraft is nothing but a creation from bread dough.
You can make anything which you think, you see and you imagine.
Here I have made miniature arrangement of different vegetables, fruits and flowers.

Bread dough recipe :

• 4 slices white bread
• 2 tbsps. white glue
• 2 tsp. glycerine

Remove crusts from bread and crush it.
You can use whole bread and mix with glue but for fine paste better to use crushed bread.
Add glue and glycerine. Kneed it well until it become fine and non sticky paste.
Use air-tight plastic bag to store the dough.

So try it and enjoy crafting !!!!

Ashtavinayak Key holder

 Hello friends,

I am back after long time with a new creation.
One day I was thinking about to buy a key holder for my home.
Than suddenly this idea came in my mind to make it on my own.
Just holded a paper and pen and drawn a design like a temple and i was done with the planning.
And I started making this. And finally it came out.
Here is the Ashtavinayak key holder.

Procedure :
I have used wood as a base.
At the bottom of the wood ply some hooks has been fixed to hold the keys.
For the texture, clay made of whitening powder and dink has been used.

Borders are done from mseal.
Finally I have set hand painted Ashtavinayak on the base.
And now its done..

I know I am not very good at explaination but feel free to ask.
I will try my best to describe.
I would love your comments and suggestions..

Jute flower decoration on pot

Friends, I am here with a different craft now.
I have decorated a clay pot with jute flowers.
You can see the images.

 

Procedure :
Take a pot and wrap with jute threads. Cover the entire surface of pot with jute threads.
The available jute threads are somewhat thick, so you can tare it and divide into 2-3 thin threads.


Make small petals of 18 gauge flower making wire.
Wrap jute on that and stick with wire petal.
Give petal shape to it.
You can make leaves with the same procedure.

Collect all petals and make flowers.

Now flowers are ready to decor our pot.
Stick it very carefully on the pot.
Your decorative pot is ready now!!!

I am back with some new paper quilling patterns.
I have decorated envelopes using quilling craft.
You can also decorate photo frames, pots,greeting cards etc.

There was lot of things that i did in quilling, but never tries out a rose like flower. This time i tried out paper quilled Roses.
